Free Cancellation: Cancel before the provider confirms for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Fees may apply if canceled after confirmation.
No-Show: No refund if you don’t show up or cancel after the provider arrives.
6. Special Cases
In case of disruptions, we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion. Refunds for promotional bookings follow the promotion’s terms.
